Hans Ubbe Ebbesen, Founder & Managing Director

Based on an aspiration to build a sustainable world of work and belief in the power of people Hans decided to establish Prezenter.
Today Hans is advising organizations and companies on their people journey. Through listening, advise and co-creation Hans ignites authentic brand strategies that connect the dots as business objectives become more interconnected, digitally charged and dependent on talent.
With his background as an experienced leader and hands-on change agent within employer branding, digital and DEIB (Diversity. Equity, Inclusion & Belonging) he can relate to the multifaceted challenges that exits in an external environment that demands sustainable action and new ways of working.
Prior to his current role as independent advisor Hans established and headed up the employer branding strategic advisory function of the global life science company Novo Nordisk. He was the chief architect and creative force behind the build-up of the multi award winning employer brand ‘life-changing careers’.
Prior to his role in employer branding Hans was the director of global talent attraction & digital acceleration and deeply instrumental in building the digital positioning and talent sourcing capabilities of Novo Nordisk. He has also been driving cultural change within the DEIB agenda as an internal consultant – an agenda he is deeply passionate about.
Hans holds an MSc. in Economics from Copenhagen Business School and University of Washington with a specialisation in Innovation and Business Development. He is an educated executive coach from Ashridge/Hult International Business School and has also earned a BSc. in Business Administration and Organisational Communication.
Besides travelling the world in person and now increasingly virtually Hans has lived and worked in the US, New Zealand, Switzerland and Denmark. Currently he is living with his wife and three children north of Copenhagen.
